The Collingwood Football Club is one of the highest profile clubs in the Australia. The retail program across match day, in store and online is an important revenue driver for the club and is a key fan engagement aspect connecting the club with it’s members and supporters.
Objectives
- To provide an end to end marketing and creative service – Design, Video, Photography, Copy Writing and LED signage
- Deliver all of the creative assets and retail program on brand and in line with the rest of the clubs messaging and tonality
- Position the Collingwood Football Club’s retail program as the industry benchmark through innovation and engagement
Outcomes
- Developed an annual retail and marketing plan together with the clubs internal digital and marketing teams
- Annually deliver over 500 creative assets across the clubs digital and match day platforms through EDM’s, digital, print, signage and P.O.S
- Delivered a YOY revenue increase of 34% and 47% increase in online purchase transactions
